Heisman ceremony glitch *NEEDS FIXING*

I logged back into my game due to my connection. I couldn’t advanced the Heisman ceremony, so I logged back into my game trying to advance the Heisman ceremony and every time I start dynasty it just goes to a blank screen dark screen I can’t dance using the buttons it’s on my PlayStation five and I’m just mad because it’s like I wasted weeks on a Dynasty that I can’t even play no more because it’s completely useless to me and I wanna delete the Dynasty but I just wanna keep Playing and I’m starting to notice that everybody or a couple people are running into the same issue
