Anyone else experiencing an issue where it says you're playing the trial version despite owning the full game?

Every single time I try to load college football 27 I get past the main menu and as soon as the game is about to start, it gives me this pop-up.
I have uninstalled multiple times, hard reset my console multiple times, signed in and signed out, etc.
Please fix this. As shown in the attachments, I’ve clearly downloaded on the same account. Many people are having this issue and we don’t have a fix.
Literally having the same exact issue. Didn't pay for that insanely overpriced service just to not recieve the the perks
Yeah I’m having the EA trial error too. It’s only allowing me to play the free trial. Very frustrating
