Preseason Team Builder Won't Update

jaschiff​ Yup, I  have multiple threads on it. I had it sent up. The  TB side of it is not something we can do much about on our end. If the workaround did not work, there has to be a different trigger causing it. So if the team name change does not work, I would test all other changes to see what happens.

As of this morning, I had not seen an update.

This is the message I'm getting when trying to select the Update Team Builder Team. I was able to play for first season with my Teambuilder Team. Now I'm in my Preseason of my second year. I have made edits to my Teambuilder Team on EA's website. I've submitted the changes, logged off the website, closed my browser, shut my computer down, and waited two days to turn my PS5. Once I turned on my PS5 and went back in Dynasty Mode, my Preseason menu pops up. There's an option that says Update Team Builder Team. I select that option. The load bar would load for a split second, then this message pops up. This is every time I try to update the changes I've made to my Teambuilder Team.

The option to update your teambuilder file during dynasty offseason does not work. It has been broken since the first update. It’s been broken longer than it actually worked. How is this not on radar? 

its an error when you try to update you team builder team during the off-season its starts to update then it stops with the error

Hey, folks

Are you getting an error in Dynasty when you try to load a game or are you getting a different error? OP states when trying to update Dynstay, which is being looked at, but if there is a different issue, we have to keep threads separated.

My buddy and I are having the same issue in our dynasty. From what i've found through other posts on here and replies from EA reps, the issue is known and I assume being worked. Hoping for a fix soon!

This has been broken since the last update smh. I've literally put my dynasty "on hold" until this gets fixed. Glad I'm not the only one who wrote them about this! Thanks!
