Purchased MVP+, but not receiving early access

I purchased MVP+, but it's July 1 & the countdown to availability is still showing as 5 days until it's available.

    We're aware of an issue affecting some PlayStation players who originally purchased the MVP Bundle, requested a refund, and then enrolled in the EA SPORTS MVP+ Membership. As a result, some players may not immediately receive the correct 7-Day Early Access.

    If this applies to you, please follow these steps:

    1. Wait until your MVP Bundle refund has been fully processed.
    2. Confirm that your EA SPORTS MVP+ Membership is active.
    3. Return to the PlayStation Store and open the MVP Bundle product page.
    4. Claim the MVP Bundle. Eligible EA SPORTS MVP+ members should see the bundle available for 100% off.



    Completing these steps should apply the correct license for 7-Day Early Access.

    If you've completed the steps above and your Early Access date still isn't showing correctly, or the MVP Bundle is not available to claim at 100% off, please contact PlayStation Support for further assistance.

    I've got the same issue. I bought both the bundle AND the subscription.

    I bought the mvp+ edition and i pre-downloaded ncca 27 on my ps5. However when i click on the game app, it says i cant play until july 6. I am 100% sure that i got the mvp+ edition. I’ve attached screenshots for reference. Anyone else having this issue?

    Like is it not a way to contact them because this is a problem. Playstation say its EA fault EA dont have a chat system on the website either

    EA screwed this up massively. They need to be refunding people that paid for both the bundle and the subscription.

    I think I may have found the fix. You have to go on the playstation website and request a refund. You can either click on your account icon, go under transactions, click the transaction for the mvp bundle and request a refund. Or, more likely, you have to contact support and request a refund. It's a drawn out process but make sure that you tell them that you've been billed for the same game twice. The finally gave me a refund. Then you go into the playstation store on your console and go under the mvp plus subscription. There should be a version of the game to download that is listed as "Free."  I believe this is the correct version. I'm waiting for my game to finish downloading before I can confirm that it is. What a PITA. Thanks, EA. Appreciate it.

    I spoke to a human representative on EA MVP+ chat and they assured me that it is a known glitch but with the MVP+ he assured me I will have access tomorrow not Sunday. However, not sure I will be able to get a refund on my MVP bundle because I purchased it more than 14 days ago.  Such BS that it made it look like you have to purchase both in the PS Store.

    Anyone else having trouble downloading it from the PS App I can’t do i have the MVP plus membership too and won’t let me download it the only thing I can download is the beta from the app

    Hello,

     

    I purchased the mvp+ membership this morning and I do not have access to preload the game and I don’t see how I can. I bought it on the Xbox store order number 5475211576. Ea Please help me get access as I see you still have the countdown online but I should be able to preload the game right? My Xbox account id Is Jesuslovesu#6890
