RTG Cap Breakers Bug

After unlocking all 25 cap breakers I am no longer able to use any unallocated cap breakers. The game does not recognize my remaining 6 cap breakers. The message when trying to allocate remaining points to any attribute is (Cap Breaker Needed).

    Hey, there

    There are a couple of issues with the Cap Breakers we have seen, but this has been reported to the team, and they are aware and looking into it. For now, we have a general thread here: “Cap Breakers needed” bug

    That is being used as a main thread we are keeping an eye on. Once we know more about the deal, we will update everyone there.
