RTG Freezes After Every Game During 3rd Season
After every game in rtg it freezes and I have to close the game out and restart it if I want to continue playing. Is anyone else having this issue?

This one is a bit frustrating, especially when it happens after every game and forces you to restart your Road to Glory career. We've seen a few similar community reports about Road to Glory freezing at different progression points, so thanks for sharing your experience. The team is aware that some players are experiencing crashes and freezes in RTG, and we'll share any updates as soon as we have more information.
In the meantime, here are a few things worth trying:
PlayStation
- Fully close the game instead of using Rest Mode.
- Make sure the game is updated to the latest version.
- Power cycle the console.
- If the issue only affects one RTG save, try creating a new Road to Glory career to see if the behavior is the same.
Xbox
- Fully quit the game instead of using Quick Resume.
- Restart the console.
- Make sure the game is updated to the latest version.
- If you're comfortable doing so, some players have reported temporarily getting past certain RTG progression issues by clearing the game's Reserved Space and letting it rebuild on launch.
A couple of questions that may help us compare reports:
- Does the freeze happen after every game, or did it begin after reaching a certain point in your RTG career, like a specific season or year?
- After restarting the game, are you able to continue normally until the next game, or does it freeze again at the same point every time?
- Are you able to start a new game and play as normal, or does it just rinse and repeat?

It happens after every game, I close the game in Xbox and am able to enter the game again and pick up where it froze and continue to play the next game This happened during the 3rd season. I also had the same thing happen my previous RTG game and wiped it, but it also happened 3rd season same problem, and yes at the end of the game it does the same thing.

Frecat Gotcha. So 3rd season seems to be a common issue. That is good. I am going to update this to get some info from everyone as I am seeing more and want to get this over to them. I see other RTG issues but not this one specifically.
Tried all this. Even deleted saved game and the game itself. The reinstalled it. Still freezes. Definitely needs a bug fix badly.
3rd year after 2nd game 2nd season started with adding cap breakers cant add anymore amd it does it after every single game you play im sick this nobody buys a game to have to keep quiting fix the glitch jad a year to get it right
I’m in 2nd season of RTG. The game freezes after every game after hitting the return to hub.
you know what would be great.... an actual solution for PC side. as per usual you clowns couldn't be bothered to build a game that worked. Releasing a product in this state is utterly shameful.
So I’m on PC. It happens after I finish every single game. I click to head back to the main dashboard for my RTG player and it just freezes on the grey screen. I have been painfully playing the game by alt f4ing after every game.
I reload the game, am able to get into the next game with practice and all, then I finish the game, freeze, alt f4 to play the next one.
I am able to start a new game as normal and I’ll get prompts from the last game.
Happens every freaking time. Junior year TE at NFL draft choice week thing, started new career as WR and can't play any high school games. Just black flag loading screen for a couple seconds, then freezes, couple seconds later music stops, and I can't close the game, the window just exists until i restart my PC.
For me on Ps5 midway season 3 it happens after every game.
Specifically the 4th season! Red shirt, start, start, then this year it’s happening.
I am having this same issue and it started during my third year. The game is updated. This is only happening on thir particular build that is its 3rd year. I am in week 6 and has happened 3 times, I have had to simulate the week just to get past that game. Whenever you finish the game and press return to hub, it gets stuck on the RTG flag screen.
