RTG problem
BUG REPORT: College Football 27 RTG Team Builder Uniforms Missing and Game Freezing on PS5
Platform: PlayStation 5
Game mode: Road to Glory
Team Builder school: Nicholls
PROBLEM:
Both of my existing Nicholls Road to Glory careers are experiencing the same problem. One is a Free Safety career and the other is a Wide Receiver career.
The Nicholls Team Builder uniforms no longer appear in RTG. Instead, the game displays the generic black EA uniform. This happens in Edit Player and when viewing uniforms before a game.
When I attempt to start a game, the game freezes indefinitely on the moving flag loading screen.
TESTS PERFORMED:
1. Play Now: My downloaded Nicholls Team Builder team displays the correct uniforms and plays normally.
2. West Virginia RTG: My existing West Virginia Cornerback career works normally on the same PS5.
3. Both Nicholls RTG careers: Both have missing uniforms and freeze when attempting to start a game.
4. Cache clearing: Clearing the PS5 cache initially fixed the problem temporarily. The game worked for approximately one day of play, but the problem returned. Clearing the cache again did not fix it.
5. License restoration: Restoring PS5 licenses did not resolve the issue.
6. Team Builder download: The Nicholls team remains listed in Manage Files, and the team still works correctly in Play Now.
EXPECTED RESULT:
My Nicholls Team Builder uniforms should appear correctly throughout RTG, and games should load normally.
ACTUAL RESULT:
The uniforms are replaced by the generic black EA uniform, and the game freezes indefinitely on the moving flag when starting a game.
REQUEST:
Please investigate this PS5 Road to Glory and Team Builder bug. Two existing RTG careers using the same Team Builder school are affected, while another RTG career works normally and the same Team Builder school works in Play Now.
I have already cleared the cache and restored licenses. I do not want to delete my existing careers or lose my player progress to work around this issue.
Please confirm whether this is a known issue and whether a fix is being investigated.
