RTG Trophy Room - Missing Profiles

It doesn’t show any of the trophies I earned in RTG throphy room

Even after the most recent update the edge position in RTG still has bugs. My draft stock keeps going down even though I’m playing well,  good health with wear and tear, and a good gpa. Also none of my trophies show up in the trophy room. 

Whenever I win a rivalry or win in award in RTG it says check your trophy room for it but after winning multiple rivalries and heismans etc. when I check trophy room it’s empty.

If your Road to Glory awards and Heismans aren't showing up in the Trophy Room, this is typically caused by a creation profile bug where the save file either failed to assign a profile slot or the slot is hidden by a UI filter.

Workarounds & Prevention from the Community:

• Toggle Profile Visibility: Navigate to Main Menu ➔ More ➔ Trophy Room ➔ Road To Glory and press the "Hide / Show All Profiles" toggle. In many cases, the profile slot is available on the backend, and toggling this view will unhide your character and display your earned trophies.
  
  
• Creation Slot Verification (Prevention): Because standard cache resets cannot retroactively assign a missing slot to an existing save, test new saves early:
  1. Create your RTG character and advance past the High School / Signing phase.
  2. Immediately exit to Main Menu ➔ More ➔ Trophy Room ➔ Road To Glory.
  3. Verify that a dedicated slot for your player appears. If it is missing, restart the creation process before investing in season progress.

      I’ve tried hiding and showing profiles while I was testing, and unfortunately, my Michigan team save is not there. Thinking back, I created it on 7/16/26 during the downtime, which may be part of the issue. Is there anything I can do if the profile does not show when I toggle hidden profiles?

Thanks for the info on that one. So, yeah, that server downtime on July 16th definitely caused some issues, and that would explain why the slot isn't showing up.

When you create an RTG character, the game needs an online "handshake" connection to build that Trophy Room slot for your profile. Since the servers were down when you made that save, the game saved your career locally on your PC, but that link to the Trophy Room never actually got created.

Before writing off that save's trophies entirely, there are a few PC resync tricks worth trying:

• Force an Online Save: Load your Michigan TE save while fully connected to the internet. Do a quick weekly agenda task or practice to get an XP change, then create a new manual save. That forces the game to try sending a fresh profile update to the servers.
• Clear the EA App Cache: Close the game and the EA App completely. Open the EA App, go to Help ➔ App Recovery, and hit Clear Cache. Relaunch the app as Administrator, then boot up the game to see if your profile index refreshes.
• Finish a Quick Play Now Game: Play a short Play Now or Mascot Mode match all the way to the end while online. Finishing a game triggers a global account check on EA's end, which can sometimes nudge missing profile data into syncing.
  
  

If the slot still doesn't pop up after those, then unfortunately, that save is stuck without a linked slot. You can still play through and enjoy the career itself, but saves made during downtime won't retroactively build a missing Trophy Room slot.

I tried all three of those suggestions with no luck. It's a shame - I made the character because the downtime message said no trophy or achievement progress would be logged - I thought that meant games player at the time, not saves made.

I made a LEDGE player today, not during downtime, and it also did not get a RTG save profile. I made this profile before performing the three fixed offered.  When does the profile get created? I'll have to throw away this save too - I thought the issue was only due to creating a profile during down time but considering the one I made today was not made during downtime and still does not have a profile that does not seem to be the case.

Did you desync during the outage? No explicit message stating that - created 1 profile while fully online, created 1 profile while an update was being deployed and connected to EA servers when they came up, while playing that profile.

Did you change your team name? No.
