Server Error When Connecting to Road To CFP

Update: Based on community reports, the issue appears to be tied to certain team-and-uniform combinations.

If you're still running into this, try the following:

• Oregon: Avoid the Egg Shell uniform. Select any other Oregon uniform before searching for a match.
• LSU: If you're using the White uniforms, switch to another LSU uniform and try again.
• BYU: If you're using an Alternate uniform, switch to one of the standard uniforms and test again.

Several players have reported they were able to connect after changing the affected uniform.

If you're still running into the error, or you've found another team or uniform that causes the same behavior, let us know:

It’s happening when you press the button to find a match on ROAD TO CFP 

I've tried about 5 different teams and it hasn't worked for me

No teams work for me in road to the cfp. UT works fine idk what the problem is

I’m having same issue right now in my championship game

just trying to play my championship game and it’s not letting me play with Oregon. I’ve played 14 games online so far and haven’t lost and I’m not trynna switch my team because I’m an Oregon fan. I need to know how to fix this problem.

I am getting this error using ga tech after winning around 16 games with them it seems to be linked to making formation subs in a game that you opponents quite. I've tried resetting rosters it's not fixing the affected team

I am having the same issue. I play with Georgia Tech. My opponent quit during the game and I am unable to play with them and get the error message “our servers cannot process your request at this time. Please try again later.”

I have uninstalled the game and reinstalled it, deleted rosters and used the current default one, and tried pretty much everything but still get the error message. 

The message pops up when trying to search for an opponent. I am able to play with other teams but not Georgia Tech. Very frustrating.
