I'm having the exact same issue, and I've been trying to get all of the TeamBuilder cases documented together because there seems to be a very clear pattern here.
I created a Bug Report specifically for TeamBuilder Online Dynasties becoming permanently inaccessible. If you're experiencing this too, please upvote it and add your platform/Dynasty information there. The more identical cases we can get documented in one report, the better chance we have of getting EA to actually investigate the TeamBuilder connection.
