UNLV (Las Vegas) Stadium 4th Qtr Problem

Not sure if anyone else has faced this, but every time at the end of the 3rd qtr going to the 4th, the graphics and animation package runs very slow. Like it goes at 8 times slower than what it should, and it cost me the other day in an user game in my dynasty by giving me a delay of game because it's taking so long to load and go through. I don't know if it matters, but I'm on PC and use a teambuilder team.
