Xbox Series X overheating when attempting to advance to the playoffs

Every time I try to advance to the playoffs in my offline dynasty, the Heisman trophy animation causes my Xbox to overheat and shutdown, preventing progress.   i have already disabled screenshots a...

I was experiencing this issue on Xbox Series X. I possibly have found a work around the Heisman ceremony crashing issue. As soon as the cutscene fades into the black screen go to your Xbox Home Screen and let the game run in the background for a couple seconds. Once you load back in you should be able to skip the ceremony and continue!
