Question

Can I just start off by saying how big of a joke this game has been for the last two years? How about we communicate the issues instead of hiding behind sending to a forum posts saying post your issues, but yet 0 responses & absolutely 0 help.

The users who face the crash issues wasted money, I even think MMG still faces crashing issues himself. One of your biggest YouTubers for the game?? How about we come out and acknowledge the system issue versus acting like everything is fine??

I think this game is also causing my Xbox issues, doesn’t even make a sound when it boots up now after all the CFB27 hard crashes.

If only EA cared about CS… instead they make customer service nearly impossible to get?

Still 0 support, how about you pass it up the chain to EA internal since it’s impossible to call anyone from EA.
