When I click head to head in cut my game crashes immediately and gives a black screen glitch. I can play events and squads but not head to bead . So. I go on my brothers account same Xbox and it works just fine for him. Any fix ???

I’m posting this because I’ve exhausted every troubleshooting step that EA Support has recommended, and the issue is still happening.
Platform: Xbox Series X
Game Mode: College Football 27 Ultimate Team – Head-to-Head
Issue:
While playing H2H, I’ll randomly disconnect from the EA servers and get sent back to the main menu. My Xbox never loses its internet connection, and my network remains online. It appears that only my EA session disconnects, but the game still records it as a loss.
Troubleshooting I’ve completed:
None of these steps have resolved the issue.
I’ve already contacted EA Support multiple times. My case was reportedly escalated to the development team, but I’m still experiencing these disconnects and receiving unfair H2H losses.

I'm having the same issue on my PS5. I've tried everything to fix it, yet it still happens occasionally.
Send a picture of your line up by chance maybe it’s card??? In the lineup?
We're having an issue where if we play in squads, in any mode be it challenges or H2H, we get crazy lag at the end of the play when it should be switching to play selection and the game hangs. It causes us to lose any H2H squads we play and you basically have to alt-f4 to get out.
not able to play h2h for wtv reason every mode works perfectly fine even being able to do auction house and solo challenges but cant play h2h it crashes and kicks me out of the whole application

How did it happen to you ? I was playing ranked and just finished my 5th game when the guy quit in the 4th quarter and then my game crashed and I was never able to load it up again
yea same i play on pc but i was doing ranked then dude left or i won and now i cant even load up h2h now idk why
So take a player out of ur lineup and it will let you click head to head . It will say invalid lineup. Before you make a change go down to head to head and then put ur player back in his position. You should be able to play head to head after doing that . It worked for me but don’t scroll up to ranked because it fried my game

Yea ig we can’t play ranked which sucks because that’s the whole reason I wanted to play head to head was for the rewards . I was 5-0 but ig for now we can play seasons and gauntlet. Better than nothing ig
Everytime I press head to head or any online game mode my cfb 27 game crashes and takes me back to the home page to restart the video game.
Anyone have any ideas how to get this fixed?
This has been going on for several days now. Any game mode that's offline on ultimate team is still playable it's just online specifically when it comes to Ultimate Team.

If you are still running into an issue with H2H, try the following steps and see if they work for you, as they have for other players

Still not able to play ranked tho so I wouldn’t say it’s a complete solution. At least I can play again 🤦♂️ while yall figure out what’s wrong with ranked
still cannot play ranked. thats the mode i care about as a top 100 player this is a huge problem.

So EA your gonna make us wait till Thursday to possibly fix this with an update? Meanwhile I’m missing out on coins ALOT of coins may I add. Also no response besides one Admin is outrageous.
Also I have 0 I mean zero faith update will even fix it.
Community ManagerHiFraley6 I know. I get it. I have a few H2H threads happening right now. I am hoping the update has resolved many of these. Step after step does not, and saying reboot this or that won't resolve it either. Part of my job is to find that commonality with everyone but since there are different platforms, some may have a different issue than others because of that.
