Lags outs Need Help

I’m on PS5 using a wired Ethernet connection with. NAT Type is 2. I can play multiple solo Ultimate Team games without any disconnects. However, in Ultimate Team Squads, I disconnect almost every game with the message ‘Your connection to the EA server has been lost,’ while my teammate stays in the game. This happens whether I’m the squad leader or not.
