National Championship log out

For the second time in a row I've been logged out of EA network during my national championship game. Both games I was winning with the ball. I then log back in immediately and the game is counted as a loss. I have the screen recording of the second time this happened. It's very frustrating going through an entire season to just not win national championship packs or even have the chance to.
