Nightmare Body Part Chems

The newly released Marshawn Lynch, Kevin Roche Jr, and Williams Nwaneri have the additional chemistry slots that can be unlocked for the Arm/Body/Leg chems. Are the boosts from these chems supposed to be shared between all three of players if they have the chemistry unlocked an applied? For example if a player has one extra chemistry slot unlocked for each card and the leg chemistry applied to each in that slot, the cards currently just receive just one level of chemistry boost instead of three for having 3 of the chemistries active. 

Should arm/body/leg chemistry levels stack between Lynch/Roche/Nwaneri to the max of 3/3 or is it intended that each card's chemistry level is individual?
