Pack says error

       I have a pack that I bought. Season 2 Build-Your-Own-Bundle. 2 of the pack you can choose two of the promos that are 86 over. So I choose prime prospects and S2 legends. I was able to open prime prospects and the S2 legends I can’t not open. It sayss Error: Ours servers cannot process your request at this time. Please try again later. I bought this pack Friday morning.   Please help.
