Phenom breakout token not working

Just tried to upgrade a phenom player but the skill points wont apply, can i get the token back?

    Hey everyone, 

    The issue that was preventing the Phenom tokens from working right should be fixed now. 

    If you're still having any problems using them on eligible players, please let us know. Thank you for being patient while we were working to get this fixed!

Grinded for the breakout token, used it and got the 50 SP. Went to upgrade the player and got this error message and the token is gone, 50 SP just sitting on this player.

    Happens to me too keep trying to restrart but wont work. Now im stuck without being abke to upgrade anyone. EA please help!

    Happened to me too. I have two breakout tokens and redeemed both and now skill points just sitting there. 😭🙄
