Phenom breakout token not working

Hi everyone, 

Thanks for the heads up on the issues you've been seeing with the Phenom Tokens. If you haven't already, can you share a bit more info so we can pass it along? 

• Which platform are you playing on?
• What's your Xbox Gamertag, PSN ID, EA Account ID, Steam ID, or Epic ID? 
• Which player were you trying to upgrade with the token? 

Any details you can share will be helpful for us to look into what might be happening here. Thank you!
