Phenom breakout token not working

• Which platform are you playing on? PS5
• What's your Xbox Gamertag, PSN ID, EA Account ID, Steam ID, or Epic ID? cookedByV
• Which player were you trying to upgrade with the token? Na’eem Offord & Sean Fitzsimmons

Press down on the right thumb stick to reset the attributes, and then upgrade as normal. It worked for me earlier.

Same thing is happening to me I’m trying to upgrade the CB Offord and I’m getting the same reply this is so frustrating 

Same here , it’s just refunds the skill points and say upgrade unable to occur .. can we get the token back or something ? Gamertag is SayUno55 on Xbox

I’m having the same issue. I bought the Phenoms pass to take advantage of the 80+ cards and upgrades. It’s been 5 days now that these phenom upgrades have been bugged, and it’s getting to the point that this is becoming false advertising. This is Ridiculous!! 

Nope, they’re just going to suck you for every penny you have. Better off giving your money to our **bleep** government EA is not going to do **bleep**. God bless us and please bring a **bleep** patch to this. #letmeupgrademy**bleep**
