So, I do this myself - it's a viable tactic in the game and you can use it just as well. Use Drones and you can machine gun routes back and forth over the enemy. You get to Troll-lalalalalaala all the way to the next match afterwards too.
That being said - being able to do that doesn't seem to be in the spirit of this, or any, tactical game. A fly over does not establish battle field control.
Yea, doing a fly over, or in the case of 3 flying units, walking a unit under a pad to contest for now is a thing, as well as walking a unit back and forth on a square to prevent the enemy from stepping on the pad. It's a little scummy to do to secure a win, but at the end of the day, that is what we are all fighting over so...
