Kane’s Wrath missing from my EA App library (C&C Collection)

Hey everyone,

I'm hoping someone here can help or maybe an EA community manager can take a look at this.

A couple of weeks ago, I wanted to reinstall some of my favorite old games. I own the Command & Conquer bundle on EA App (the one that includes all the titles and expansions), and I’ve always been able to play them all — especially Kane’s Wrath, which is my favorite.

But recently, I noticed that Kane’s Wrath has completely disappeared from my library. All the other C&C titles are still there and install just fine, but this one is just gone.

I’ve already tried everything I could think of — clearing cache, reinstalling EA App, checking for account mix-ups, etc. I even submitted a support ticket about two weeks ago, but I haven’t received any reply yet.

Has anyone else run into this problem? Or maybe EA is aware of it?Any help or info would be greatly appreciated. I just really want to play it again.

    It's simply bundled with Tiberium Wars now. Start TibWars and you'll get a popup to choose which one to run. The same thing goes for all expansion packs. It's a bit annoying, since it means you can't choose to install them individually even if they're technically stand-alone, but that's the way they organised it now.

    By the way, can you please not spam unrelated tags your post? They don't make you more likely to find a solution; quite the opposite. You're just making it harder for other people to find accurate information here. This is not related to Red Alert nor the C&C remasters, this is a support post and thus not a discussion, and this is not related to anything having technical issues.

    Hello, thank you very much for responding, but I don't have any package called Tiberium Wars. I have Command & Conquer 3 Tiberian Wars, and I'm missing the DLC that I enjoyed the most, which is Kane's Wrath.

    And from what I can see, it seems that EA doesn't want to give me any solution, and I feel like I've been ripped off, since I did have that package with Origin before, and when it switched to EA, I no longer have it... Wow, it seems that sometimes even if you pay, you can't replay a game....
