After weak network, get network disconnect... then reconnect and game frozen

It's happened twice before. I get a "weak network" warning followed by a "connection lost". Then it reconnects but I'm completely frozen out. I can't produce units, I can't move deployed units. And ...

Happened again at 2:06 pm PST.

Tells me "wi fi disconnect" but my wi-fi indicator is fully connected...
