If we were gonna bring in legendary units, id have to agree with you and have to be the mammoth mk2 from tiberium sun for GDI. Like a 300 tiberium cost unit though.
And yeah for nod it could be something less beefy, the cyborg commando effective against everything on the ground with 2 tile range.
Heck, maybe not legendary but they could add in the reaper cyborg, CCs infantry, would be interesting mechanic addition to the game or a 100 tiberium cost spy (nod unit as it is in the game). Pay a pretty penny and attempt to steal an enemy vehicle.
