Agreed. Would like to see a leader unit type.
If it's a new slot and unique - as a kind of supplement to the commanders, it'll certainly need a high cost and it's own cool down.
If it's taking up a slot in your deck - then only being able to field 1 of it's type is part of its balance - I do think it should also have it's own cool down on death. But, in this scenario, I don't think it'd need to be as costly.
Just let me know where I can go vote to get Natasha Volkova put in game.
