Arctis 9X headphone sound issues

Hello,

I am having sound issues. I am using an Steel Series Arctis 9x headphone on my PC. Sound works great during the intro's to the games but as soon as the game starts, there is no sound.

Has anyone experienced the same issue?

    After the update, I now have no sound on the maps.  I can hear the cut scenes and the launch music but, when I go to a map for a mission, it is silent. I no longer hear the sound effects or the EVA communication.  It's silent.  Any help would be appreciated.

    Sorry for the delay, is this still happening? I have those exact headphones but I don't have this issue.

    I have exactly the same problem with those headphones. Did you do something to solve it? Any ideas?
