Attempts to upgrade army units, uses resources but does not upgrade unit!

I was attempting to upgrade a pair of Specters in my base, and it used the resources but did not upgrade the units.  Now I waited to make sure it was not simply lag, but I am without upgraded units and without the resources I "spent"

 

For specificity, I lost ~25M power (the critical part) attempting to upgrade two Specters in my TAU Beta Gator base on World 38 around 8:15A-8:30A MST.

Please fix!!!

    Did you try to re-log? I'm afraid there is not much you can do about it. Best thing to do is report this bug on their official forum. I doubt if you get your resources back.
