banned

I cannot get into my account say it has been banned for no reason and to contact customer support that is on break til the 2nd that will make me lose all progress

I have the same problem. In a mail it says it has something to do with Violation of Terms of Service for FIFA15. I do not have that game. Please help.

Happened to me too. Account got hacked, hackers bought FIFA 15. I got game refunded but it seems they had been doing something that violated the terms of service. My account has been banned, and so far I've contacted customer support and filed a account dispute. Still waiting to hear back.

I have the same problem, log on to my account to Tiberium Alliance,
[edit: email address removed] account is blocked - I can not even log into Origin. Even after changing the password.
