Base builder mobile game like COC, Gods of Olympus

I think a Castle Clash, Clash of Clans style base builder would also be a good addition to the mobile platform. A title that could run parallel to Rivals. Tiberium Factions (Title?) 

Players make the decision when they start up, GDI or Nod. No going back. Then once they have chosen their side. The MCV deploys and they take it from there. Players can build a set amount of defending troops relatable to player and mcv level.

Surviving units deployed return home. Units unlock as MCV is upgraded following with other building upgrades. Super weapons used once only per battle. 

Nothing would warm a heart more than seeing an obilisk of light zapping incoming troops. Flame tank defenders roasting attacking units. Mammoth Tanks crushing infantry.
