black bars on UW screens

Hello, 

many users are asking for better compatibility on widescreen monitors. The problem is, that on my monitor 21:9 I see black bar on the left side on the screen. On the right side there is the construction menu. When construction menu is not visible, the black bar is on the right side as well. 

Please let us see the map on our whole displays and after the right sidebar menu appears, make it shrink to fit the screen. It´s pretty annoying to have black bar on a display that supports 21:9 3440x1440 resolution.

    I will say, I did notice that the game was 'in your face' all of the time. On a 1600x900 32" Screen it's bad enough, I'd hate to imagine what it's like on a 4K Resolution 52" screen or something. It's bad when a single Construction Yard takes up most of the screen (bigger than your hand). That's why I played OpenRA for Skirmish Mode missions, and used the Unofficial Patch on the original CnC95 (TD and RA1) for Single Player.

    On the newer C&C titles, it's map specific, so I can change the maps individually to use different height settings (default being 350 at 37.5 degrees, my settings being 600 at 45 degrees).
