Cant start the game ...After pushing the start icon and selecting C&C or Red alert butten
there is only a black screen.....
I have tryied editing the conquer.ini file and set the resolution to 1920x1080 (it was set to 0
but with no luck.......
tryed DXdiag tool with no bugs
running the newest GF drivers

Well, thank you for posting this. After a recent Windows and video card driver update, somehow the free download version of the game wasn't working. The change you posted helped me out. I need this game to play while I listen to pods!

I love that I was playing with no problem and this suddenly started happening to me. Can't find a fix ANYWHERE. I have tried EVERYTHING mentioned and not a single thing has worked. FFS
NoTreason They posted the fix; it was "turn off msi afterburner."
