Black Screen on Command and Conquer Red Alert 2. Tried -win, run as administrater, All windows compatibility modes, repair from Origin, Windows troubleshooter, still can't get it to work.

Perhaps I'm launching the game via the wrong application option. I don't know.
I'm running the Mental Omega mod btw. All files should be copied over properly, I think.

EDIT: The issue has been fixed.
Either you didn't disable Origin In-Game for RA2/YR if you're using The Ultimate Collection version, or your antivirus is on the paranoid side and keeps deleting or quarantining a file it doesn't recognize (add ddraw.dll to its exception list or find a better antivirus altogether).
