The EA staff & developers for this game have previously stated they do not monitor or follow these forums. Also, very few experienced players (if any) come here too. Also, I suggest you send a C&C:TA community manager a pm (private message) about your problem, so that you get timely, efficient assistance. To do that simply:
After logging into the dedicated game forums, go to the CnC: TA community managers profile page here: rhiordd (link included). Scroll down the left side and click on Send rhiordd a private message. (link included). In your message, include as much information about your problem as possible. eg. account name, world/server, date/time (if possible), etc..
