How do I get in touch with anyone from EA?
The help.ea.com has no contact links so how am I supposed to contact?

Its taken over a week but for someone from EA to tell me this, buy goto the help page and select Battlefield 3 as your 'Product', then 'Billing and purchasing' and finally select a platform (i used PC) and HEY PRESTO!!! you get a couple of contact options one of which is 'LIVE CHAT' someone will be available to chat with you in less then 5 mins
