"Cannot move into enemy territory"

There is MANY reasons why it doesn't work check you command points if its higher then yours you'll have to wait and there is times when it to far so if it not close to your base you will have some problems. If the person your attack is newish then you can't attack him until his time runs out. Tell me if this answers your question :robotvery-happy:

It was working yesterday. If someone from our sister aliies moved next to my POI because they were moving someplace else. I would loose the POI and get it back when they left. Today I cant even get close to the POI for hand off. I am not attacking just trying to move in a sister alliance area.

Question:

Is there spaces available? remember that you cannot move within 1 space of any player.

Secondly distance restriction of 20 spaces maximum.

I am not convinced that Command Points make any difference but cannot back that up with experience though.
