@hhsmiley hey buddy, in some resolution, the mouse pointer may not be accurate (PS, the game engine is not the latest), so try to move your mouse pointer a little up (about 1 tile upwards) and then check if the vehicle gets sold/ you are able to sell it. in case, you still face the issue, could you try to get a small clip of it. So, the developers can fix it. 🙂
Do note, EA Developers are very active on the forum and very quick to respond, if they get useful information on the issue (having a video of the issue, may be the first step to get thier attention) to help resolve it. 🙂

Thanks POKeNzi, it seems you're correct. If I click in the bottom right of the repair facility, almost off of it, the vehicle will sell.
So, this issue is resolved for me but hopefully if others see this they'll know what the very simple solution is.
