I have the same issue as well. Need to fix this issue as I purchase the ultimate collection just to play these gems. I have done all the troubleshooting steps on every forum still the same error occurs
Same here. EA help only reply my e-mails sayin to clear the cache. If someone knows how to fix this... Only with Generals.
