I hope you all are doing well and staying safe.
I have been experiencing problems with EA App when playing C&C games. On Origin, when I played them, no problems, but on this thing it appears bugs are happening frequently.
I was not able to launch C&C Red Alert 3 without following the bypass steps using the fixed launchers due to game hanging. Now I am not able to play Uprising as it says "The game hasn't been released". I checked the EA App, and it appears the forums have people with the same issue. The one solution is to check BIOS and date/time on computer to be synched, which mine are. The other is clearing cache, which does not help.
I have contacted support and the person stated they contacted the appropriate team for escalation and said I need to do the same on these forums.
If you could please assist me I would greatly appreciate it.
As a side-note, I have also noticed the game's AI is extremely buggy for base game, and that the scripting is off as I had many campaign problems.

I have a Windows 11 (23H2) laptop with a Ryzen 5 3600 and a GTX 2060 with two SSDs, i keep my game installs on my second SSD.
Whenever i try to launch a Command & Conquer title (C&C, Red Alert, Renegade etc) it will prompt me to run with admin permissions which I allow then it comes with the below error:
The game hasn't released yet
Wait until the official release date () to launch Command & Conquer Red Alert, Counterstrike and The Aftermath. In the meantime, you can go to the Game Hub to learn more about different edition release dates.
This error will occur for any of the Ultimate Collection games. I know the game is released and I have had Renegade working recently on a laptop running Windows 10.
I''ve spoken with EA support and we've tried the following:
- Ensure windows time is synced correctly (currently synced to time.windows.com)
- Ensure that Windows Defender (or any AV) is not protecting the system at launch
- Create a new local Admin account on the computer and try to launch the application
- Disable services and non essential startup services
- Repaired games
- Reinstalled games
They don't seem to have an answer for this but I was wondering if anyone in the community would?
