Can't Play Command And Conquer 4 Servers Are Down

Hey Everyone

So i have command and conquer ultimate collection,and basically long story short is that, i can not play the game at all.

i can login,but hosting any custom match, gives me "Failed to host match" and joining is not an option since no games are running, please note, i have no fire wall, and tested on multiple machines.

i also tested the co op version, by creating a party with my friend.

my friend can join the party, and we can talk, but trying to play co op simply fails and gives me the same error

"Failed to host match"

so yeah, to me it seems like the servers are sort of, offline, but the chatting is turned on.

if any one got any idea please help
