Can't redeem my product code of Command & Conquer The Ultimate Collection
Hello,
I need help to redeem my product code.
I received this game as a gift and I just create a new account.
As soon as I created I type in the Product Code. I scratch the Code Area (It was new and sealed)
When I clicked on next, an error message appeared, so I tried again but now another message popped up "The Product code has been already redeemed".
But the games are not in my library.
I request help to solve this issue.

For issues like this, I suggest you contact EA tech support through help.ea.com and get a chat session with a live representative. They can actually look into your account details to solve such things.
To get to the live chat, just type "Command & Conquer" into the search there (oddly, typing "C&C" gives other games of the series), select The Ultimate Collection, scroll down to "Looking for something else?" at the bottom of the page, and click the "contact us" button there.
