Can't renew codes

I have an old disc set from probably 10 years ago(CnC the first decade) that I'm trying to renew codes for on the EA site, but every time I put one in I get: The product code you entered is not valid. Please confirm that the code has been entered correctly. FAQ

I try it with and without the dashes in between, i triple check I got it right, I tried multiple ones that are in the manual but nothing.

I might have had them inputted in Origin when that was still around, but then wouldn't it say all ready in use? and i'm using the same account i had there.

    If you had redeemed the code successfully in Origin previously, the game should be in your library. Since you're not seeing it, contact an advisor by following the instructions here for opening a case. They may be able to assist further with this. Thanks!

    The link to contact an advisor does not show a way to do the chat with us option, it says: 

    1. Once you select the topic that best describes your issue, you can select Chat with us or Start chat.

      But when I select the article about redeeming codes, i scroll all the way through it but theres no option to chat with us, just "try doing another search".

    @bennyboy888 The First Decade is not available as bundle on EA's system, though, so I don't think it is possible to redeem that. The only way to get the games on EA's system is to get The Ultimate Collection.

    Given the fact TUC contains all the games newer than C&C Generals, and half of the games in TFD are freeware by now, there's no way they'll let you redeem TUC with a TFD key.
