Catalyst missle with a single chem buggy
Destroyed half my base health before i could destroy his and i had a avatar and a phantom attacking his base before the chem buggy even reached my base. This is totally unreasonable that a 230 tiber...

What likely happened is your Rival sprayed the front of your base with Tiberium Gas, and fired a Catalyst Missile for x3 damage ( 3 explosion instead of one ). I have seen other Rivals do this to me.
Yeah, need to spray two different building pieces and then the buggy itself will also explode, so 3 explosions. I once saw someone do this with 2 chem warrior (spraying 2 slots each) and then the opponent 'countered' by building his own chem buggy, thinking it's anti-inf so it will kill the chem warriors faster, so that buggy just made the explosion even bigger, so 7x? Think that's enough to blow up a full health base xD

Dang, thats a lot of gas, would have made a fine replay :DYou know what's even worse? A catalyst missile that hits a chem buggy/warrior while its attacking the base. The chem buggy/warrior has another one near by and a weakened avatar. Both the chem buggy/warriors are attacking random targets, switching targets every few seconds. The resulting explosion nearly wipes out the base, much to the relief of the opposing player. The player then gasps in horror as the avatar explodes in front of his base, and sees a tormenting taunt that humiliates him for losing to an epic explosion.
