C&C 4 Missing from library

I bought the game back in 2011 on my steam account but it is no longer in my origin account library. I don't know if i activated it on another origin account or what. I would like to know what happened to my game so i can either recover it, or if i activated on another account, recover that. I do have proof of purchase so if you need that let me know.

Um, if you bought it on Steam... my guess it it's on your steam account, and not on your Origin account?

Both my steam and origin accounts use the same email. The game shows up in my steam library but when i play it i have to log and register the game. When i use the key to register it states that the key is already in use.

For key-related issues you should contact EA tech support through help.ea.com. They can actually look into your account details to solve such things.
