c&c 4 twilight wont start (server down)

i know the servers at gamespy were stopped but i was going to try and play anyway. but i need to log into the ea account and since servers are shut down i cant log in.. is there a way to work around the login problem without  changing files?

    @jamesfront007 I honestly have no idea. Note that this is a mostly volunteer-driven forum; most of the people who lend a hand around here (like me) aren't actually EA employees. For issues like this, I suggest you contact EA tech support through help.ea.com and get a chat session with a live representative.

    @jamesfront007

    C&C4 uses EA's own servers. It wasn't affected by the GameSpy shutdown. The issue you're having can't be related to that.

    You can still play the Gamespy-affected games at cnc-online.net. C&C4 isn't among those.

    already had a username and account on cnc4/ this one. but i never installed the game yet.. so how do i solve the issue ( probably should have called that firstly)

    i know but maybe you knew or heard about this... i will keep it open and  for a  measurement try to retry logging in now.. thanks anyway( maybe a bit offtopic but where do i find the tech support?) also when do i get to contact them.. i tried contacting them right now but they didnt respond the the chat/support ticket thing..

    is there another way to contact them? i havent got to thewm with the chat session and i dont have the patience to wait for it ( and my browser stops laoding and refreshing pages from time to time)
