C&C General Zero Game needs admin permissions

Command and Conquer General Zero Hour - This game needs administrative permissions-   Please please please....  I have tried every suggestion on this board with no luck.  I am running Windows 10 Home Edition.   Please help me fix this.  It all started when I was forced to download the EA  App.
