Question

After a required update for the EA App, I can no longer play the games in full screen mode. As soon as either game starts, it uses a resolution that causes the game to play in a smaller display window. I have tried to change Display Options for the game, and looked for the "Display Settings" or "Resolution Options" in the EA App as directed by the "Help BOT", but they do not exist in my EA App. Has anyone else experienced this, and does anyone have a solution?

If you launch the game, then click on OPTIONS, then at the left top you can change the resolution.

If your game does not start up properly, launch the game in a window, and then change the resolution when in-game.
