Oh, the game just doesn't recognize that I've edited the file. For instance if I put StartingCash = 999999999, and I begin a skirmish game, the starting cash is still $10,000 and runs out if I spend it. I would like to figure out why the game is not recognizing the change to the Skirmish.ini file. Thanks!

@Kybaraian Yeah, it is strange; the Origin version seems to ignore some ini-files.
