C&C genrals not working

so I'm trying to play c&c general's and for some reason or another i get odd messages/errors one say game requires game admin permissions see pic 1 and the other says the game is not out yet see pic 2. im running in admin mode on my windows please help i also tried this with cc 2+yuris revenge
