C&C original and Red Alert not running on Windows 10

Hi, I have just purchased C&C the Ultimate Collection - and from all my research I am beginning to regret it.... I have installed Red Alert and the C&C original version in the hope of playing them...

I think that they moved the page you were pointing to, it is now pointing to another page from installing the C&CRA2 online installer

Not sure what page you mean. The RA2 online play installer page still works fine. You do need to scroll down a little to find the "Download & Play Online" button.

And yes, that is indeed an installer for a tool to play RA2 online. But as I said, it contains a lot of automated fixes that can help you get the game running, so even if you're not interested in online play, simply installing it can still help a lot.

    I resorted to the CNCNET link, and so far so good with game play online and off.

      That was just for RA2 though... the single player C&C1, RA1 and TS offered at the cncnet site are exactly the same as the patch links I gave.
